Guild by-laws

Code of conduct:
Behave as adults and treat each other with respect, when we are (made) aware of behaviour that is not accepted we will require a voice call so you are able to explain yourself and to take away any misconceptions that might come in play with typed messages.

If concluded that the behaviour in question is not up to par with the behaviour we want to see in our guild we will give members 2 opportunity’s to adjust their behaviour.
You will receive a maximum of 2 warnings when after that we unfortunately have to part ways.

Have respect for the guild, when you decide to leave the guild without having the respect to leave a message any characters you have in the guild will be removed.

Guild ranks:
– Initiate (first moth of active online activity)
– Inactive (every character that is offline for a uninterrupted time of 6 months (or not being active) will be set to inactive, (once you are actively online again you will automatically reacquire your previous status again).
– Alt (any character that is from a person with Member status).
– Member (automatically acquired once a full month of active online activity has been registered).
– Raider (any person that has been raiding successfully with the raiding team with their chosen raiding character).
– Hall of Fame (any person that has fulfilled a certain roll for a long period of time that does not fit into a different status for any given reason, we want to honor via this status).

If a character is offline for 2 years or longer (or has only been logged in a few times during a 2 year period) the character will be removed from the guild.

Any character that has been removed from the guild will be able to rejoin at any moment.

If someone has been removed their will be a new initiate fase you have to go trough.

* What is active/inactive?:
An active character is a character that is being logged in on a regular bases en is being played (or used for activities).
When a character is only logged in every few months and is not activly played we consider this an inactive character.

We also consider characters that or played for 1 or 2 months then being offline for 6 motnhs or longer an inactive character.

*Reasoning:

The reasoning behind this change in our policy and the outlining of these boundries abid stricter is because we want our roster to reflect our activity.
The old style mend that for a new member to our guild the guild felt more inactive than it realy is and has resulted in early departures from our guild.

To make our guild as atractive as possible and to ensure a healthy roster and future for our current members and members to come we have desided this is the best way foreward.

We are thankfull for all the people who we have been fortunate inuf to play with and that have been a valued member to our community.

This change will in no way, shape or form make our members from the past a lesser valued member or forgotten about.

Guild bank use:
The first tab of the guild bank can be used for donations to the guild bank.
We will move materials to dedicated tabs and we will leave donations from members to members (for example bags) in the first tab to be withdrawn by members with discretion and with appropriate respect to your fellow guild members

Guild bank repairs:
We would like to reinitiate the guild bank repairs, at the moment we want to have at least 1.1M gold in reserve before we will be reinitiate this function again.
To keep our Guild as equal as possible the guild bank repairs when shut down will be shut down for everyone, this includes officers and guild leader.

Ideas, worries/concerns, general things that you would like to share:
If there is anything you would like to talk about and/or you want to share (maybe even in private) please do not hesitate to contact one of the guild representatives (aka officers/guild leader).

We are here for you and your fellow guild members and we need you as much as you need each other to make this community work.
